Palouse Pastured Poultry Turkeys


This year we are proud to offer Palouse Pastured Turkeys from a local farm. Palouse Pastured Poultry is a small, family-owned farm in the heart of the Palouse country in Eastern Washington, an area renowned for its rolling hills, grain production and Washington State University. They specialize in raising wholesome, all-natural, pastured-raised poultry, including GMO-free, corn-free and soy-free turkeys, free-range chicken eggs and duck eggs. With the help of a sage feed-nutritionist, they formulate and make their own feed ration that their animals receive. All of the grains used in the ration were either raised by the farm, or their neighbors in the Palouse. They also built their own processing facility, so all of their products are made and packaged by hand on the farm, and delivered fresh within days of production.

  • Turkeys are pastured on open grass and sunflower fields.

  • NO soy, NO corn, NO GMO's used in feed, No antibiotics.

  • Grain ration includes peas, canola, wheat and triticale.

  • All grain used is locally grown – much of it from their farm.

  • They hatch their chicks, raise the grain and grind all their grain feed.

  • The turkeys are processed with a WSDA certified mobile processing unit.

  • All birds are cryovaced and remain fresh for up to 14 days and over a year in freezer.

Orders are only accepted online & require a $30 deposit.***Please note that all cancellations must be made in person or over the phone by 4pm on Sunday 11/17/19 to receive the deposit refund. Any cancellations made after 4pm on Sunday 11/17/19, or birds not picked up, will not have deposits refunded.

We have 100 of these specially raised turkeys available. We will only have one size available, ranging in the 12-14+/- pound range and they are priced at $8.49 per pound.
